Post Haste: Athens ranked among worst places in Ohio to get a job; Ping chiller working again

Good morning. Here's what you need to know for Friday, Oct. 23, 2015:

Whether you need a little cash for the bars this weekend, or a lot of cash for paying down your student debt, odds are you’ve thought about your job prospects recently.

That probably wasn’t a great experience. It seems college students are constantly being told how tough it is to find a job, especially in “this economy.”

Lucky for you, the unemployment rate in Ohio is lower than it has been in more than 10 years. But if you’re interested in sticking around Athens after graduation, you might have less luck.

Using a few different metrics, job website Zippia broke down the worst places in Ohio to get a job. Athens placed 8th on the list, among struggling economies like East Cleveland.

It’s worth noting, though, that Ohio University students likely skewed some of the data.
