Toss aside those Halloween costumes and put on your Santa hats, because as of today (believe it or not), there are only 50 more days until Christmas.
What’s more, Uptown Athens’ And Beer store already has some winter ales on stock. There are also 31 and 51 days until the start of Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, respectively.
This year, Christmas falls on a Friday, meaning you can go into Santa-mode all weekend and still be rested for the work week on Monday.
Alternatively, that also means you’re only looking at six more weeks of shopping time.
Although shopping, cooking and decorating for extended family you barely even know may be stressful, you can always unwind by watching the 25 Days of Christmas marathon on ABC Family or eating a huge plate full of sugar cookies.
So feel free to make yourself a mug of hot chocolate and listen to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas is You” on repeat.
