Good Morning,

What a bright week: Monday marked the first day of Spring, and today is International Colour Day.

International Colour Day was first proposed by members of the Portuguese Colour Association in 2008 because color is “one of the most influential phenomena in people’s lives and also one of the channels that contributes most greatly to the perception of reality,” according to the international Colour Association.

It doesn’t look like there are any color-specific events going on on campus today, but consider taking a (free) visit to the Kennedy Museum of the Arts to celebrate. Or just sport your Bobcat green and white, which have been OU’s official colors since 1896.
