Juniper, a domesticated red fox, enjoys spending time in nature and with her dog friend, Moose.

This week’s Pet Instagram is a much less depressing version of Disney’s The Fox and the Hound.

Juniper (@juniperfoxx), a fox who lives with a dog named Moose, is the star of the review this week. Juniper is a domesticated fox with a crooked smile who likes nature, car rides and wearing sweaters. Thanks to more than 50 years of selective breeding in the Soviet Union, a domesticated form of the red fox was produced. Domesticated foxes are known to act in a similar way to dogs, allowing humans to pet them and whimpering for attention.
