Saturday's doubleheader between the Ohio softball team and Bowling Green was cancelled because of rain. The games will not be made up.
They are the first Mid-American Conference contests to be rained out this season. The Bobcats have had only two games cancelled because of weather thus far.
Ohio (17-31 overall, 3-11 MAC) will be back in action Wednesday when they face MAC foe Ball State for a doubleheader. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m. at the Ohio Softball Field.
