On this solemn anniversary of September 11, 2001, we take the time to highlight a few of our own proud Bobcats who have chosen a path of service. -
Latkovic said.
ROTC is not the average college experience. Walking around in uniforms and rising before dawn for drills seems remote from the T-shirt, jeans and party crowd. Dedication and love of country set these men and women apart. Perhaps Latkovic says it best: Ohio University should be proud of the students they are producing ... The students/cadets future leaders are grateful and very appreciative to have gone to such an outstanding and diverse university.
On this the sixth anniversary of 9/11 and the fourth year of the war in Iraq, take a moment to think the group of men and women in uniform right here on OU's campus, as well as those in other parts of the U.S. and abroad, who answer the call to defend this country we hold so dear.
