The Ohio baseball team headed home yesterday from North Carolina with a 4-6 record after dropping two of three contests to UNC Greensboro.
The Bobcats split Saturday's games with a win in the first game (13-10) in 12 innings and a 14-9 loss. Ohio won in dramatic fashion in the 12th inning with a series of RBI singles off the bats of Adam Gecewich, Kris McDonough and Chris Klimko.
Pitcher Chris Rigo had a rocky start, allowing seven runs in four innings, but John Angelicchi had an effective six innings in relief, allowing only three runs. Adam Goodpasture picked up the win. -
