The unfortunate events that have recently unfolded in the Ohio attorney general's office have damaged the integrity of that office and the public trust. The Ohio University College Democrats support the decision made by Gov. Strickland and our other statewide Democratic officials in calling for Marc Dann's resignation. The environment created by Dann and his subordinates was highly improper, particularly given that he and other statewide officials were elected in 2006 in response to the widespread culture of corruption generated by the Republican Party.-
