Breakin' 2 Electric Boogaloo (dir. Sam Firstenberg)Dance movies like Step Up and Center Stage have always been my guilty pleasures, but this break dancing movie took it to a whole new level. The movie tells the story of a group of breakdancers determined to save the local community center from the city's bulldozers. Not only is the plot cheesy with simple dialogue, the soundtrack and costumes are straight out of 1984. Check it out before you go out and maybe you'll learn some new moves.' Anna Sudar
Edy's Loaded Cookies 'N Cream Since we're at the tail end of midterms, I've gotten a lot of face time with all kinds of ice cream and snacks. Since there's no Graeter's in the area, this ice cream has become my favorite supermarket brand. I like the cookies 'n cream because I'm an Oreo-holic, but there are other delicious-sounding flavors to choose from, including Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. It is literally chock-full of cookies (and cream), but I guess Edy's Densely-Packed-To-The-Maximum Ice Cream doesn't have the same ring to it. ' Stephanie HummelWords, words, words After recently watching the 2006 documentary Wordplay about champion crossword puzzle do-ers, I have become more addicted to various word puzzles and games myself. Crossword puzzles themselves are a little more than I can handle, but I love word searches and word scrambles. The fact that in the English language you can take a handful of letters and spell so many words fascinates me, especially in the online version called Text Twist.
