While the seasonal store does well, Hayes and Parfitt are looking for potential year-round tenants.
The mall used to house K-Mart and JC Penney but when those stores closed and traffic slowed, the smaller stores were hard-hit, Hayes said.

The mall is for the community and Hayes encourages people to use the mall as a venue to host activities such as fundraisers and bake sales.
