Moms Weekend is here, and one way to celebrate is to go to a rave - a Rave For Fashion.
The Fashion Associates' annual Moms Weekend fashion show, known as the Rave For Fashion, will commence tomorrow. This year's show will utilize glow sticks and create a bright and fun atmosphere for those in attendance, said Ali Morris of the Fashion Associates, a club for fashionistas.
Kiersten Bonifant, Fashion Associates member, said that the fashion is a fun Moms Weekend event for mothers and their children to share.

For those planning to attend, Bonifant recommends they get to the show in Baker Center Ballroom early.
Last year we had a great turnout she said. We had seating for 500 people; all of the seats were full.
The event begins at 1 p.m. tomorrow with a raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Fashion Associates' scholarship. The fashion show will begin at 2 p.m. and will feature clothing donated by local retailers.
After the fashion show, the Fashion Associates return the clothes to the stores, Morris added.
Fashion Associates received donations from Specialty Books, The Other Place, Cejon Accessories and Brenen's Coffee Café, among others.
