I am writing this letter to encourage everyone to vote for the future of Athens and that means voting for Chris Fahl. Chris has a vision for Athens as a place that will attract new businesses. She knows that the location of a business is based on more than a building close to the highway.
What business decision makers want is a nice place to live and raise their families. They want clean water to drink and clean air to breathe. They want safe places for their children to play outside. They want good schools and lots of highly educated potential employees. For Chris, this is more than a dream. She has been working on making Athens just this type of place.
She works on this in her role on City Council as well as in her volunteer activities. She is trained as a planner and has used that training to help Athens grow.
Chris Fahl has the leadership skills and training we need on Athens City Council.
