A Belmont, Ohio, construction company reported the theft of a $2,000 generator Tuesday morning.
Bedway Development Corporation, which is currently doing construction at 82 Columbus Rd. in Athens, notified local police that the generator went missing some time Monday evening or early Tuesday morning.
All we know is that the trailer was broken into
said Jessica Bedway, vice president of the corporation.
Extension cords, a gas can and fire alarms were also stolen.
