I used to date this guy, but he ended it last quarter. I wanted to get back together until I realized how hot his roommate is. I'm pretty sure his roommate wants to sleep with me, but won't because of my ex-boyfriend. What should I do? Is there any way I could get his roommate to make a move?

The reason this guy's roommate won't sleep with you is because he knows it's not right and values his friendship more than he values sex.
I can see where you would think there's nothing wrong with what you're doing, because technically it's not your problem if that causes a rift between them. However, it seems kind of conniving, especially if you initially had the intention to try to get back together with that first guy.
If you wanted to get back together with the guy you were initially dating, then not much about this situation makes sense to me. It sounds like you want to make him jealous and figure his roommate (and probably best friend) would be the best way to do so. I don't think it's going to be as easy as you might think.
Aside from that, it's very presumptuous for you to assume you have these men at your disposal, especially because you said this guy ended it with you last quarter - not the other way around. It's manipulative and unfair to assume you can have either guy whenever you feel like it.
As I said, it's not really any fault of yours because you don't have any loyalty to either of them. However, they do have a loyalty to each other, and if they're close enough to be roommates, their loyalty will be stronger than any attraction either of them has to you. I thought about telling you to just focus on one guy, particularly the guy you had been dating, but after thinking about it, I don't think you really deserve either of them.
