Single tickets for this year's Ohio University Performing Arts Series events will go on sale today, providing early access to upcoming shows such as Broadway's Legally Blonde and An Evening with Mo Rocca.
The six main shows this year include Broadway's Legally Blonde: The Musical Oct. 13; humorist Mo Rocca Nov. 4; Drumline Live Feb. 2; the acrobatic Cirque Shanghai Bai Xi Feb. 18; pianists The 5 Browns March 10; and Broadway's Spring Awakening March 30.
Prices and starting times vary, but all are held at Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium.
Today, tickets will also be on sale for the series' special Dec. 16 add-on show, Christmas in Vienna, by the Vienna Boys Choir. Tickets are $10 for OU students, $18 for seniors and $20 for general admission.
The lineup was determined based on a survey last year asking more than 1,000 patrons what they wanted to see performed.
Single tickets, as well as season subscriptions including discount pricing and same-seat reservations, can be purchased at ohio.edu/performingarts.
