Teen Mom
I usually despise trashy television, but MTV's Teen Mom is incredibly addictive and entertaining. The show, a spinoff of the network's 16 & Pregnant, follows the lives of four mothers who, per the title, got pregnant in high school and now have to live with the consequences. The four young women profiled are vastly different, but all have a common theme. My favorite is Maci because she's adorable, and her son, Bentley (the way she pronounces his name is also adorable), is one of the cutest children I have ever seen. Even if you dislike trashy television, I suggest you check this one out at 10 p.m. Tuesdays.

Dexter
I just finished the first season of Showtime's Dexter, and I am absolutely addicted. A show about a serial killer who only kills other serial killers is such a genius premise. The twisted world Dexter lives in and the confusion as to whether he should be seen as a hero or a monster has grabbed my attention and won't let me go until I finish the next few seasons and catch up to what is happening in the show now. Just don't ruin seasons 2 through 4 for me, please.

Lil White House
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, our 49-year-old president Barack Obama said that he has recently expanded his iTunes library to include beats dropped by incarcerated rap star Lil Wayne. I wonder how Sasha and Malia would feel if Wayne's new single 'Gonorrhea' were to be played during a limo ride down Pennsylvania Avenue with dad. The whole thing makes me feel better about the fact that the edgiest artist my dad listens to is Barry Manilow...
