A new regional office of the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation will open in Athens to serve Southeast Ohio Counties.
The Athens office, 86 Columbus Road, will offer ta full-time polygraph operator, evidence collection reception, offices for BCI special agents and interview space, according to news release from Attorney General Mike DeWine's office.
Other BCI offices in the state are located in London, Richfield, Bowling Green and Youngstown.
