One Student Senate campaign has turned to multimedia for their most recent voter solicitation.
Earlier tonight, RSVP released a campaign video — which could potentially be the first video in Ohio University Student Senate elections history.
"As far as I know, in the years I've been here, yes it's the first one," said Kyle Triplett, RSVP's presidential candidate.
The video is a spoof of the popular Old Spice commercials, depicting RSVP vice presidential candidate Roger Jones portraying the man's man Isaiah Mustafa.
FACE presidential candidate Matthew Wallace voiced his displeasure with the video soon after it was posted on his Facebook wall.
"Silly negative campaigning," Wallace wrote in his Facebook status earlier tonight. "Vote FACE and get rid of politics like this."
