An Ohio University graduate reported his father missing yesterday.
Robert Harris was last seen on Stimson Avenue at about 11:30 a.m., after getting upset during an argument with family members in their vehicle as they were leaving Athens. Harris then left the vehicle and walked toward the bike path, according an Athens Police report.
Both Athens Police officers and family members checked businesses and O'Bleness Memorial Hospital but could not locate Harris, according to the release.
Harris is 55-years-old, 5'10" and 200 pounds. He has a grey beard and wears metal rimmed glasses, according to the report.
He has heart trouble and type II diabetes and is therefore considered endangered, according to the report.
