Athens Police officers are currently searching for a missing 78-year-old Athens man who is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Ismail A. Ghazalah, 78, is believed to have gone missing yesterday after not returning home from a Rotary Club meeting at the Ohio University Inn on Richland Avenue.
Ghazalah is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen by his wife leaving their Elmwood Place residence in Athens, according to a news release.
While it is unknown at this time what he is wearing, Ghazalah is driving a silver 2005 Lexus station wagon with an Ohio plate, according to the release.
