Building a Better Ohio premiered its latest ad today: "The Tools They Need."
The group is encouraging Ohio voters to vote "no" on Issue 2 and repeal Senate Bill 5, which limits collective-bargaining rights and was signed into law March 31 by Gov. John Kasich, a Republcan. The issue was placed on the November ballot after an anti-SB 5 petition in July gathered 915,456 registered Ohio voters' signatures for the referendum.
The ad features Toledo Mayor Mike Bell, a former firefighter, aiming to repeal the law in support of union workers and public employees in Ohio.
