Ohio University Student Senate discussed 13 surefire ways to get busted on Halloween in Athens last night.
At the senate meeting, Patrick McGee, the managing attorney for the Center for Student Legal Services, spoke to senate about preparing for the upcoming festivities.
McGee said he hopes senate members would carry the information to their constituents because most people do not realize the Center for Student Legal Services exists.
“We all know Halloween is fun, and we all know there are loads of police officers on corners,” he said. “My advice to you is to tell your friends, if an arrest is made, do not under any circumstances argue or question the arrest at the time because you can get arrested too."
McGee added that the center is affiliated with 50 other schools and could also help students visiting OU for the debauchery.
