A Buckeye Lake, Ohio, man pleaded not guilty to possession of about 2,148 grams of marijuana this morning.
Kenneth Lee Lamp, 39, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging possession of marijuana, according to a news release from Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn.
Judge Michael Ward released Lamp on his own recognizance and scheduled a jury trial for Feb. 12.
The case was investigated by the Athens County Sheriff’s Office.
