Bands, food, hayrides and a costume contest will all be featured at a fund raising event for the Friends and Neighbors Community Choice Food Center on Saturday.
The food center, currently located in Lottridge, is planning to move to a new location near the Dixon Road exit off of U.S. Rt. 50 near Coolville, where the party will be held.
Eight bands will play throughout the day as attendees will be able to check out a chili cook-off, pie baking contest and games all aimed to raise money for the center’s new food pantry facility in Coolville.
All area residents are invited.
