As the Halloween block party draws closer, the Office of Residential Housing is taking measures to make sure students stay safe.
Representatives from the Dean of Students Office, Student Legal Services, Residential Housing and the Ohio University Police Department will participate in an information session regarding Halloween safety.
The meetings will consist of candid and open discussions about Ohio University’s expectations for students and community members during Halloween week.
Specific participants include Chief Andrew Powers from OUPD; Dean Ryan Lombardi; Heidi Sochia from Student Legal Services; and Judy Piercy, Associate Director of Residential Housing.
The committee held one meeting last night and will host another tonight at 6 p.m. in 201 Morton Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
