The Royales are playing at Jackie O’s Public House tonight at 10 p.m.
The band, which formed in 1995, performs rhythm and blues and was named the Best Band in Athens in the Athens News reader poll for the past 7 years.
The band has been invited to headline the Athens Halloween street festival and has also performed at the Marietta Blues Competition.
The Royales combine a hefty list of covers with their own songs in order to create a positive experience for all attendees.
The band has shared the stage with Willie Nelson, Jorma Kaukonen & Hot Tuna and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band in their 15 active years together.
