Two Ohio University alumni have been added to the roster of OU’s Foundation Board of Trustees.
Franklin Stevens and Keith Wandell were elected to the board. The OU Foundation was established in 1945 and manages private gifts to OU.
Stevens graduated from OU’s University College in 1974 and has worked at Navigant Consulting and Deloitte LLC.
“I passionately believe that Ohio University offers an educational experience that refines students into future thinkers, strategist, educators, researchers, leaders and ethical citizens through academic challenge and opportunities for personal development,” Stevens said in a news release.
Keith Wandell graduated from OU’s business college and has worked at Jackson Controls Inc. and Harley-Davidson Inc.
“It is an opportunity to be part of shaping an even better future for Ohio University,” Wandell said in the release. “The primary goal is to make sure there are strategies in place for a sustainable future. We all know what has made the institution great: what will be required for future greatness is the challenge.”
