A Court Street fight resulted in about $1,400 worth of damage to an outside window at the Pigskin Sports Bar & Grill last night.
Two men were involved at a fight soon after midnight outside Pigskin, 38 N. Court St. One of them was thrown into the window, shattering the glass, according to an Athens Police Department report.
The man who hit the window received a “laceration” and was taken to O’Bleness Memorial Hospital by Athens County Emergency Medical Service. There were no arrests made, according to the report.
APD answered a call from Pigskin in reference to an underage subject in the bar, who left before officers arrived. The fight took place as the officers were leaving, according to the report.
