Ohio University’s Student Senate will be fed a presentation at Wednesday’s meeting about one of students’ favorite subjects — food.
Senate will not discuss any resolutions at this meeting but will hear several presentations, the first from OU’s Culinary Services.
“They will be giving senate an update on the proposed increase in services for the upcoming budget cycle, as well as an update on the Nelson Renovation,” Student Senate President Kyle Triplett said.
Next, a member of OU’s Graduate Student Senate will discuss Athens transit and ways it can be improved, Triplett said.
Senate’s State and Federal Affairs Commissioner Taylor Abbott and Student Government Association Delegate Stephanie Stark will then present to senate about a piece of legislation from the state dealing with gun laws on university campuses.
Senate will meet at 7:15 Wednesday in 235 Walter Hall.
