Athens County Commissioner Mark Sullivan was found not guilty today of domestic violence stemming from incident Jan. 10.
After a two-hour trial, where four witnesses and Sullivan were called to the stand, Municipal Court Judge William Grim found Sullivan not guilty of domestic violence and subsequently not in violation of his probation from an incident last year.
Sullivan is running for re-election this year.
