As Ohio University advances in its switch to Responsibility Centered Management, the provost’s office is sponsoring two open forums on the current budget model.
Vice President for Finance and Administration Stephen Golding and Executive Vice President and Provost Pam Benoit are sponsoring the forums, which will include demonstrations from members of an RCM steering committee.
RCM will shift responsibility for funds to individual colleges instead of a centralized distribution, according to a previous article in The Post.
The forums are being held at noon Monday in 227 Bentley Hall and at 3 p.m. Wednesday in 233 Bentley Hall.
Various deans and members of the steering committee will answer questions after the presentation.
