A former New York City police chief who served under mayor Rudy Giuliani will deliver the keynote address on Thursday during the Baker University Center Peace Conference.
Five panelists will join William Bratton, all coming from varying backgrounds including the Huffington Post and the University of Cincinnati.
As chairman of Kroll, the world's leading risk consulting company, Brafton is an expert in security, counterterrorism, law enforcement and rule of law justice systems, according an Ohio University news release.
