The PROUD party has begun its campaign just more than a week before the Graduate Student Senate election.
Included in the party’s efforts is the use of social media—which included launching a Wordpress site Tuesday. The site will aim to showcase the platform and bios of all party members as they gear up for Election Day of May 17.
Each bio has information regarding each candidate’s area of study, hobbies, involvement and prior accomplishments with GSS.
“Our experience is our stongest point,” said former Presidential and current Vice President for Administration and Finance candidate Molly Yanity. “We’ve actually gotten a lot accomplished.”
