At the first meeting of the year, Student Senate focused its attention toward the coming months and meetings.
With no old or new business on the agenda, senate officers updated members on their goals for the year.
“My entire year I’m going to focus on making Senate more efficient and working with staff so we make sure we work well with our commissioners to make sure everything moves smoothly,” said Amrit Saini, Senate vice president.
Evan Ecos, Senate treasurer, updated Senate with its amount in the bank. Student Activities Commissionerhas over $31,000 and over $3,500 in the Senate funds.
