Campus Shift users could win $100 in books at 10Fest

Founder of Campus Shift wants to remind the website's Ohio University users that studying and partying can go hand in hand.

Zac Sebo, who graduated from OU in 2010, said users who bought pre-sale #Fest 10th Edition tickets through the website could win $100 in textbooks from Campus Shift during the Sept. 29 event.

The three winners will be notified before the event and Sebo said the cards will be presented with a "special surprise."

"We wanted to give back to the OU community because they have been so supportive (of Campus Shift)," Sebo said. "Plus, we know textbooks can be expensive."

Though the website has grown to include about 3,500 registered users in 250 universities in the U.S. and Canada, Sebo said the most committed user base of Campus Shift comes from OU. The business began in Athens and officially launched in February.

"We started in Athens, and it always helps when you are affiliated with a high-profile event like the Number Fests," Sebo said.

Sebo and fest founder Dominic Petrozzi are good friends and have worked together before, Sebo said. Campus Shift will have a tent at #Fest 10th Edition with more big raffles and other giveaways.
