Officer Kevin Frith works the night shift as a Bike Patrol Officer for the Ohio University Police Department. Using a bike allows him to move faster than on foot while still enabling him to reach areas on campus such as the greens that patrol cars cannot reach. Video by Bethany Joy Lilja.
