Ohio University’s Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine was approved to enroll 50 students in July 2014 at its Dublin extension campus.
OU-HCOM was approved by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accredidation.
"The Central Ohio Extension Campus is an essential part of our mission to improve the health of the citizens of Ohio, and we are excited with the news from COCA, said OU President Roderick McDavis in a news release.
The property, located at 7001-03 Post Rd. in Dublin, Ohio, includes three buildings and sits on 14.8 acres, according to a previous Post article.
The project, which costs $11 million, will be taken out as debt, according to a previous Post article.
