Colbie Caillat heading for spring performance in Athens

Colbie Caillat will bring her Grammy-winning talents to the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium on March 22.

Caillat is the first of several additions to the Spring Semester lineup for the Performing Arts Series; more acts will be announced throughout this week.

The California singer-songwriter debuted in 2007 with her widely popular single “Bubbly.” A year later she teamed up with Jason Mraz on the song “Lucky,” which won a Grammy for best pop collaboration with vocals. She has also done backup vocals and writing with Taylor Swift.

Tickets for the event go on sale Jan. 7 at $45 for the first 10 rows and $25 for the remainder. Tickets must be purchased through the MemAud ticket office in person or over the phone.
