Ohio University students will have a familiar face to work with next year.
Jenny Hall-Jones, the current interim dean of students, has been appointed as OU's next Dean of Students.
Her appointment to the position was announced by Ryan Lombardi, vice president for Student Affairs, at 4 p.m. today.
“I look forward to meeting with students and finding out what really matters to them as well as figuring how the Division of Student Affairs can better serve them,” Hall-Jones said in a previous Post article.
Students who have worked with Hall-Jones said she is a great adminstrator to work with.
"(Hall-Jones) is a wonderful advocate for students. I think she’ll be amazing at the job," said Evan Ecos, treasurer of OU Student Senate. "I’m truly excited for her and the university."
