The internal discussion that began over the weekend about how Student Senate can change the sexist culture on Ohio University’s campus will continue at the body’s weekly meeting Wednesday night.
Senate meets at 7:15 p.m. in Walter 235.
Senate will hear from Ryan Lombardi, vice president for Student Affairs.
Senate President Nick Southall, whose tweet sent waves of controversy across campus, will lead the “intimate” discussion, offering the body a chance to reexamine its mission.
Bill Arnold, graduate assistant for bystander intervention and prevention education for Ohio University’s Women’s Center, will also address the body about the “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Event,” which will be held Oct. 19.
