After last Student Senate meeting’s vocal Student speak-OUt, this week’s meeting will be comparatively relatively calm.
Senate will hear two presentations, from the Campus Involvement Center and one of Ohio University’s newer organizations – Post-IT!
Brian Heilmeier, assistant director for campus programs, will address the body about the university’s events, looking specifically at the Spring Concert, and asking for student feedback as to whom students would like to see perform.
Senate will also hear from Post-IT!, a suicide prevention program, which will discuss suicide prevention week with the body.
As of Tuesday evening, no resolutions have been added to Senate’s agenda.
