Ohio University named its members on the Ridges Advisory Committee, a body that has not met since 1991, and is now tasked with providing OU officials advice for its Ridges property.
Announced in a university-wide email, OU President Roderick McDavis said the committee will be chaired by Stephen Golding, OU’s vice president for Finance and Administration, and will begin meeting this fall.
Its members include: Paul Logue, Athens City planner as Athens Mayor Paul Wiehl’s designee, Charlie Adkins, Athens County commissioner, Jim Sands, president of Athens City Council, Marjorie Stone, community representative, and Pam Callahan, community representative.
Stone is the former vice-president of the Athens County Historical Society and Callahan is a retired OU architect.
