Ohio University officials announced Friday that the city of Athens will begin construction next week on a "bus pull-off area" on Richland Aveune near Grover Center.
Construction is to start Monday across from the W. Green Dr. entrance, where contractors will "construct a new sidewalk, cut and excavate the existing sidewalk, and pour concrete in the area that the sidewalk is removed," according to a press release from OU.
The is expected to wrap up in two weeks, and officials urge students to exercise caution when traveling through this area.
