Circus and zoo performers will be on South Beach on Wednesday.
The big top is coming to Athens.
Ohio University’s Campus Involvement Center, in conjunction with Residential Housing, is hosting “Cirque de OHIO” from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday on South Green’s South Beach, according to a news release.
There will be a performance by the Cincinnati Circus Company and a visit from the Columbus Zoo. Additionally, the free event will have carnival food, a flying trapeze workshop, knife throwers, a magician, a balloon artist, a juggler, a palm reader, face painting, and midway games, according to the release.
