Ohio University students swiping into Nelson Dining Hall on Saturday will be subject to having their bags checked.
A sign posted at the entrance of the dining hall cited "inappropriate behavior" as the reason for the extra security.
It is unclear if the checkpoint has any connection to Palmer Fest, also occurring on Saturday.
Palmer Fest has previously been considered one of the craziest college parties in America, according to a previous Post report. The street fest was deemed a riot in 2012 by Mayor Paul Wiehl after a small fire was set inside a Palmer Street home.
