Don't hold out hope for warm and dry weather.
Good morning. Here's what you need to know for Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015:
As the saying goes, no one wants it to rain on their parade. Fortunately, Honey for the Heart’s annual Halloween parade should go on without a drop.
But the Halloween Block Party might not be as lucky. Early forecasts from the Weather Channel show Saturday night’s high is 48, with a 70 percent chance of rain.
In light of that less-than-ideal news, The Post threw together a list of last-minute, rain-appropriate costume ideas for you to brave the wet and cold weather:
Mary Poppins (remember the umbrella)
Employee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during an outbreak (aka break out your hazmat suit)
Any character from Singing in the Rain
The Gorton’s fisherman
-
Dale Earnhardt (and never leave your car)
