Ohio plays BYU on Friday.
Ohio, the 2015 Mid-American Conference champions, will play No. 13 BYU in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, the NCAA revealed Sunday night.
The Bobcats (27-6) will play the Lions (26-3) on Friday night in Provo, Utah. BYU has yet to lose this season when playing at home.
Ohio returns to the NCAA Tournament after a one-year hiatus. This is the first time the program has made the national stage under second-year coach Deane Webb.
The last time the team played a ranked opponent, it beat No. 10 Kentucky 3-1 in Lexington, Kentucky, on Sept. 1.
