Ohio diver Haleigh Bartlett was named Mid-American Conference Swimmer/Diver of the Week for the week of Jan. 4, the conference announced Tuesday.
Bartlett, a redshirt senior from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, won the one-meter dive event, scoring a 308.48 during Ohio's meet Jan. 8 in which it won 161-139 over Denison. She also won the three-meter dive with a final tally of 345.83, setting a new pool record.
The win in the three-meter dive event was Bartlett’s fifth-straight victory, and the one-meter dive victory was her third-straight this season.
Bartlett will go for her sixth-straight three-meter dive victory Jan. 22 when Ohio travels to Pittsburgh for a tri-meet against Xavier and Duquesne.
