Were you partying at Palmer Place?
Good morning. Here’s what you need to know for Thursday, Feb. 25 2016:
Fest season came early this year, and many Bobcats couldn't be happier.
In a video posted Wednesday to University Primetime and earlier in the week to Vimeo, the party spirit of Ohio University can be seen at Palmer Place, a cluster of apartments off Stimson Avenue, with a courtyard known for ragers.
Beer, balconies, bass and beer pong can be seen at the massive party that took place last Saturday. Even OU’s very own new party drink “Sech’s” made an appearance.
Along with the shotguns, chugs and beer showers, snippets from partygoers are played intermittently throughout the video. One partygoer appears to have even said, “Bush did 9/11.”
With OU’s enrollment up nearly 40 percent over the past decade, one could predict there will be even more attendees this fest season.
