There's a 50 percent chance it will snow during Palmer Fest, and be careful of hackers on Catmail.
Good morning. Here's what you need to know for Tuesday, April 5, 2016:
Palmer Fest? More like Palmer You’re Gonna Need a Vest.
The Weather Channel shows a 50 percent chance of snow this Saturday morning, right around the time a myriad of OU students will be cracking their first Natty Lights as the famous street fest gets under way.
Partiers also can expect winds gusting about 20 mph.
Palmer Fest’s 2015 iteration saw similar weather, and police still made more than 50 arrests.
Hopefully the horse cops have jackets.
